In our cultures organizational leadership is rewarded taking effective decisions at the individual level and that gets his team to move to the direction taken. We give much weight to such guidance. However, an alarming rate of heart attacks, stress-related diseases and the so called "overheating" suffering increasingly well known, "effective leaders".
The leaders of this new millennium will not be those who take effective decisions on the individual, but those that enable, facilitate and promote decision making based on experience, knowledge and awareness of the system.
