All the hymns of the R • Veda and the AtharvaVeda whose protagonists are women are collected. The work is divided into three parts: 1. Stories and Legends of women (with their own name or anonymous). 2. Spells and spells (to get the love of a man, to get the love of a woman, for marriage, for conception, pregnancy and childbirth, against rivals and others). 3. Ceremonies (wedding and funeral). It contains a general introduction and brief introductions to each hymn, glossaries of gods and Vedic terms, metric appendix, bibliography, and hymn and subject indexes.
