This book analyzes the situation of the German working class during the 1920s and 1930s (Weimar Republic) highlighting the structural and existential conditions of a labor force hit hard by the dynamic economic crisis, unemployment and business atomization all of them that with different qualifications operate in one way or another in our current societies. Examine the most important historiographic sources that allow to reconstruct the aforementioned social and economic conditions, making a careful critique of the revisionist presentation of Nazism and fascism.
