A shark in the bathtub is a hilarious modern classic of Portuguese children's literature, for boys and girls who prefer to read alone.
A boy and his grandfather catch a shark. As it is too big to share the fish tank with a little green fish called Osvaldo, they decide that it is best for the shark to sleep in the bathtub, with the water always clean and salty. The boy decides to take the shark to school to show it to his friends. He thought it was a fantastic idea but it turned out to be catastrophic as the shark bit the traffic lights, the backpacks... And this is just the beginning...
