Are you still being reformism and forms of organization and claim a valid option to generate progress, understood as extending the rights and equality?
Reformism was useful to generate progress in the old constitutional state where the conditions for which are described in this book as three pluralism existed. However, over recent decades and over the neoliberal state, we have come to a society where such conditions are being eliminated and replaced by a new scenario. A reality now characterized by the existence of three monisms where the instruments are removed and alternatives through which citizens could intervene to generate pressure or equal to and by the state.
In this situation, where there are no possible alternatives Progress within the neoliberal state, the only option to rebuild democracy is a disruptive strategy in the form of constituent power, redefined and adapted to our space and time.
