Edith von Sudahl-Hiller was born in 1967 in southern Germany near Stuttgart. She was trained to be a teacher in Ludwigsburg, Cardiff and Barcelona. During that period, she made a series of occasional jobs as a barista, assistant conversation, telecommunications operator and director of staff in an office of engineers, which turned out to be a great source of inspiration to conceive the characters of his novels. Currently, she is a teacher and author of novels for German students and lives with her husband and two children in a town near Barcelona.
