Kiko Amat

Kiko Amat (San Baudilio del Llobregat, Barcelona, 1971) is a Spanish journalist and novelist who also works as a DJ.

He left school at seventeen. He lived for five years in London. He periodically writes on his website Blessed Backward and together with his brother Uri Amat he edits the fanzine The Modern School in addition to playing albums with the Hungry Beat collective. He writes critical articles for different press media, such as the newspaper La Vanguardia and its Cultura / S supplement and GO magazines (until 2005) and Rockdelux.
