Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha since 1986, has also been a professor at the Center for Constitutional Studies and taught numerous courses and lectures at colleges and other centers of domestic and foreign research. Has been Dean of the Faculty of Law of Albacete and Law and Social Sciences of Toledo and member of the Advisory Committee on Religious Freedom. His research, focused primarily in the field of the theory of law and fundamental rights, is also extended to problems of constitutional law and ecclesiastical law.
