Doctor of Sociology, is Professor of Social Anthropology at the Complutense University of Madrid and a member of the research groups APSYC (Anthropology of Social and Cultural Policy) and ASE (Anthropology, Health and Education). His major publications concern the methodology of ethnographic research, education in formal and non-formal contexts, family structures and collective identities.
