Mario Satz (Mario Norberto Satz Tetelbaum) is a poet, novelist, essayist and translator, as well as developing an intense work as lecturer and director of seminars, born in the party of Coronel Pringles, in the Province of Buenos Aires in 1944, in a family of Jewish origin. After studying secondary studies in Argentina, he made long trips to South America, USA. and Europe. Between 1970 and 1973 he lived in Jerusalem, studying the Kabbalah, the Bible and Anthropology and History of the Middle East. In 1977 he received a scholarship from the Italian government to investigate in Florence the work of Giovanni Pico della Mirandola. Nationalized Spanish, resides in Barcelona since 1978 where he graduated in Hispanic Philology. In addition to writing a dozen essays, he is the author of several books of poems. Currently lives in Spain.
