Sam Pizzigati

Veteran journalist and associate researcher at the Institute for Policy Studies (Washington DC) and editor of Too Much (toomuchonline.org), a weekly electronic magazine on excesses and inequality in the United States and the rest of the world, aimed at journalists, researchers and economic justice activists. Pizzigati has written extensively on economic inequality, for both popular and academic readers. His articles of opinion on income and wealth have appeared in numerous major American newspapers, from the New York Times to the Miami Herald, as well as in a wide variety of magazines and newspapers. For more than twenty years, Pizzigati has been the largest trade union publisher in America, the National Association of Education, with more than 3.2 million members. He has also appeared as an expert commentator on inequality in more than 150 radio, press and television programs, which makes him one of the world references in the field.
