Born on September 25, 1950 in Chillán Viejo, Chile, Víctor Ramírez studied painting and graphic arts at the University of Chile, Santiago, between 1969 and 1972 and later at the University of Concepcion, also in Chile, between 1972 and 1975. That Year moves to Barcelona, Spain, where he lives. He currently works in Belgium, Germany, Chile and Mexico.
With its first exhibitions in Barcelona it is located in the crisis of modernity that questions the ways and means to continue understanding the world through painting and representative images.
