AZ Editora was founded in 1976 in a small garage in downtown Buenos Aires, with a grand dream: to create the best books possible. From that cramped space, driven by passion and conviction, an Argentine publishing house emerged that has spent nearly 50 years sharing stories, knowledge, and reading experiences with readers of all ages, both within and outside the country.

Our first steps were in the legal and educational fields, with textbooks that quickly became classroom essentials. In the 1990s, we expanded into children's and young adult literature: stories, novels, series, and picture books that have shaped generations, won awards, and been translated into other languages. Today, we export to various countries around the world, both through single sales and co-editions, and our titles have been translated and published on every continent.

Our catalog grows alongside our readers: from early stories, picture books, comics, novels, and young adult series, to educational and non-fiction texts. And we do this by nurturing the imaginations of authors, exploring new languages ​​and resources to meet the challenges of contemporary reading: animations, video games, songs, and audiobooks that enrich and expand each story.
