The result -an important part of the world gathered in a package of written pages- is this book: fun, wise, benevolent, cultured, vitalistic and not at all self-indulgent pages that make up an authentic intellectual delight. Diary without motorcycle was originally published by deliveries in Mexico in the Sunday magazine of the newspaper Milenio. This volume, which has a prologue by Jesús Anaya, is the first of four volumes that contain all of these texts that we will edit at a rate of one per year, according to the following plan: volume 1: Europe (France, Italy, Portugal and Spain); Volume 2: Mexico and Guatemala; Volume 3: El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama; and volume 4: Ecuador, Peru, Mexico and Panama.
